Welcome to LaptopGarage Technologies. By accessing our website or purchasing from our store, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

  • We sell brand-new, certified refurbished, and Ex-UK laptops, desktops, mobile phones, accessories, and related tech gadgets.
  • All our products undergo a rigorous quality check to ensure they meet industry standards.
  • We are an authorized reseller of major brands, including HP, Lenovo, Apple, Dell, Logitech, Samsung, Oraimo, Acer, Asus, Xiaomi, Dahua, and more.
  • Prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • VAT is not included in product prices unless specified. Corporate clients can check our Corporate Sales Page for tax details.
  • We accept the following payment methods:
    • M-Pesa
    • Credit/Debit Cards
    • Cash on Delivery (subject to location)
  • Discounts and special offers are valid only during the promotional period and cannot be applied retrospectively.
  • We offer genuine warranties ranging from 1 weeks to 24 months, depending on individual products stated in the product description.
  • Warranty claims are subject to the terms stated in our Warranty Policy.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Returns are only accepted if the product is in its original state (unopened, undamaged, and with all accessories included).
  • A valid reason for return must be provided before processing the request. Change of mind is not a valid reason for return.
  • For product upgrades, the returned item must be in its original state.
  • Minor defects may result in a charge to the customer upon inspection. Major defects may lead to rejection, requiring the customer to collect the item.
  • Replacements will be provided with a similar product or one of equal value.

  • Refunds are only possible after five product replacements, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
  • Customers must notify us within 72 hours of receiving a product to initiate a return.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days from approval.
  • Any delivery charges, including free delivery, will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • We ship to East African countries only.
  • Orders are delivered within 24 hours for Nairobi customers and 1–3 working days for other regions.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. LaptopGarage Technologies is not liable for delays caused by incorrect information.
