1.4. PayPal

• For international customers, we accept PayPal payments.
• A processing fee may apply for PayPal transactions.

1.5. Buy Now, Pay Later (Lipa Mdogo Mdogo & Installments)

• We offer flexible installment plans for select products.
• Eligibility criteria apply, and terms must be agreed upon before approval.
• A signed agreement may be required before product dispatch.

1.6. Cash on Delivery (COD) – Nairobi Only

• Cash on Delivery is available for select locations within Nairobi & surrounding areas.
• A minimum deposit may be required before dispatch.
• The recipient must be available to make full payment upon delivery.

2. Payment Confirmation & Order Processing

• All payments must be confirmed before order processing.
• For mobile money and bank transfers, please share proof of payment to payments@laptopgaragetechnologies.com if not automatically verified.
• Orders with pending or incomplete payments will not be processed.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
• If an order is canceled before processing, a full refund may be issued.
• If an order has already been shipped, refund processing follows our standard refund procedures.
