We currently offer delivery services across East Africa, including but not limited to:

  • Uganda
  • Tanzania
  • Rwanda
  • Burundi
  • South Sudan

2. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected:

  • Deliveries are processed Monday – Saturday (excluding public holidays).
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, security concerns, or high order volumes.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are determined based on the delivery location and selected method:

  • Nairobi & Surrounding Areas: From KES 250
  • Major Towns & Cities in Kenya: From KES 350
  • Remote & Upcountry Areas: From KES 500
  • East African Countries: Varies by location – Contact us for exact rates.

4. Order Processing & Tracking

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and delivery updates via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
  • You can track your order status using our Track Order Page or by contacting us at +254 715034322 or via email at trackorder@laptopgaragetechnologies.com.

5. Delivery Requirements & Failed Deliveries

To ensure a smooth delivery process:

  • Please provide an accurate delivery address and phone number at checkout.
  • The recipient must be available at the delivery location or provide an authorized person to receive the package.
  • If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful due to incorrect details or recipient unavailability, additional re-delivery fees may apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

Upon receiving your order:

  • Inspect the package before signing the delivery confirmation.
  • If you notice any damages or missing items, report the issue immediately or within 24 hours by contacting us at support@laptopgaragetechnologies.com.
  • Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for refunds or replacements.

7. In-Store Pickup Option

For customers who prefer to pick up their orders:

  • Visit our store at Moi Avenue, Iconic Business Plaza, Next to Sawa Mall, 2nd Floor, Shop S7.
  • Select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout and wait for a confirmation notification before coming to collect.
  • Pickups must be made within 3 days of order confirmation, or the order may be canceled.
