.1. To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:
a. The product must be eligible for return as specified in the Warranty Policy or the product description. b. The return request must be made within 72 hours from the time of delivery. c. The product must be in its original condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging. d. Proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt, must be provided.
1.2. Products that are not eligible for return include software, downloadable products, personalized/customized items, and items explicitly mentioned as non-returnable in the product description.

Our customer support team will assess your request and provide you with return instructions.
2.2. You are responsible for arranging and covering the costs associated with return shipping. LaptopGarage Technologies is not liable for any damages that may occur during return shipping.
2.3. Please ensure that the returned product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit

3.1. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, LaptopGarage Technologies will process the refund within a reasonable time frame of 14 working days.
3.2. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the refund amount may be subject to deductions for any applicable delivery charges and restocking fees, as specified in the Warranty Policy or the product description.
