1.1. Goods sold by LaptopGarage Technologies are generally not eligible for return or refund unless under the following circumstances:
a. The product received is defective or damaged upon arrival. b. The product received is different from the one ordered. c. The product received is covered under the warranty and has undergone five unsuccessful product replacements as specified in the Warranty Policy.
1.2. To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 72 hours of receiving the product and provide appropriate evidence of the issue or discrepancy.
1.3. Products that are not eligible for return or refund include software, downloadable products, and items explicitly mentioned as non-returnable or non-refundable in the product description.
