Refund Policy – LaptopGarage Technologies
At LaptopGarage Technologies, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, refunds are only issued under specific conditions, as outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund request will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:
- Damage During Shipment: Any damage must be reported immediately upon receiving the product or within 24 hours of delivery.
- Wrong Product Delivered: If the wrong product is delivered and an exchange is not possible, a refund will be initiated.
- Replacement Unavailable: If a replacement or similar product is not available, a refund can be processed.
Refund requests should be submitted via refund@laptopgaragetechnologies.com.
2. Refund Processing Time
Refunds take between 5 to 30 days, depending on the payment method used.
3. Product Condition for Refunds
- Brand New Products: The product must be in its original state (unopened, unused, and with all accessories & packaging intact).
- Ex-UK & Refurbished Products: A 5-day period is allowed for normal usage before requesting a refund.
- Used or Tampered Products: If the product has been used beyond the allowed period or is returned in a non-original state, no refund will be issued.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a customer issue (e.g., change of mind, incorrect order, dissatisfaction without defect), the customer will bear the full return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to LaptopGarage’s fault (e.g., wrong product or defect covered by warranty), we will cover the shipping costs.
5. Bank Transaction & Processing Fees
- If a refund is processed via bank transfer, any bank transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount and borne by the client.
6. No Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees on non-defective returns.
7. No Partial Refunds for Used Products
- If the product has been used and does not qualify for a refund, no partial refunds will be issued.
8. Refunds for Installment Payments
- Refunds are not possible for installment payments. Instead, an exchange will be provided based on our Exchange Policy.
9. How to Request a Refund
- Email refund@laptopgaragetechnologies.com with your order details and reason for refund.
- Attach relevant photos/videos as proof if applicable.
- Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps.
