2.1. If you believe your product is eligible for warranty service, please follow the procedures below:
a. Contact our Customer Support within the warranty period to initiate a warranty claim. b. Provide proof of purchase, including the order number and purchase receipt. c. Describe the issue or defect in detail and provide any supporting documentation or images if requested.
2.2. LaptopGarage Technologies may require you to return the product for inspection or provide additional information to assess the warranty claim.
2.3. If the warranty claim is approved, LaptopGarage Technologies will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product. The repaired or replacement product will be covered by the remaining warranty period or a new warranty period, whichever is longer.
2.4. In some cases, if an exact replacement product is unavailable, LaptopGarage Technologies may offer a comparable product of equal or greater value as a replacement.
2.5. Any repaired or replaced product will be shipped to you at LaptopGarage Technologies’ expense, within the shipping regions specified on our website.
