Return Policy for LaptopGarage Technologies

At LaptopGarage Technologies, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. However, returns are only accepted under specific conditions. Please read our return policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions for returning a product.

Conditions for Returns

  • Return Window:

    Customers must notify us within 72 hours of receiving the product if they wish to initiate a return. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
  • Original State Required:

    • All returns must be in their original condition and include all accessories, manuals, packaging, and any free items that came with the purchase.
    • Products with missing parts, damaged packaging, or visible signs of tampering will not be accepted for return.
  • Valid Reason for Return:

    • A valid reason for the return must be clearly stated before the return process can be initiated.
    • Returns due to a change of mind are not accepted.
  • Product Upgrades:

    • If a product upgrade is required, the item being returned must be in its original state as delivered.
    • Minor Defects: The client may be charged for any repairs or adjustments after an inspection.
    • Major Defects: Products with significant damage will be rejected, and the client will be required to collect the item.
  • Replacement Policy:

    • If a replacement is approved, we will provide a similar product or one of equal value, depending on availability.
  • Return Shipping Costs:

    • Customers are responsible for any charges incurred during the return shipping process. LaptopGarage Technologies will not cover these costs.
    • Additionally, LaptopGarage Technologies is not liable for any damages that occur during the return shipping process. Please ensure the product is properly packaged to avoid damage.

Inspection and Processing

  • All returned products will undergo a detailed inspection upon receipt.
  • If the product is deemed unsuitable for return due to non-compliance with our return policy, it will be rejected, and the client will be informed to collect the product.
  • Return requests will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the item.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only considered after five product replacements under warranty.
  • Refunds will not include shipping charges, including charges for free deliveries.
  • All refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval.
